Detached holiday home near dunes, forest and beach

Welcome to holiday home Eijlander Egmond!

You are renting a detached holiday home on the border with Egmond aan Zee. The beach is 1500 meters away, easy to walk, by bike, car or bus. Maximum 4 persons (2+2). Almost everything has been renovated in recent years. The house is equipped with a digital TV with German, English, French and Arabic channels.

You can park your car for free across the street on our enclosed parking lot.

The modern living room has a tiled floor with underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with 4-zone electric cooking, combination oven/microwave (baking bread). Filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc.

Downstairs you will find the bright bathroom with toilet and shower. You must bring your own towels.

Via the stairs you go to the bedroom upstairs. Here you will find a comfortable double bed (2.00 x 1.60) and 2 single beds (2.00 x 80). It is one large room with a sink and mirror. The beds are made (including bed linen).

The holiday home is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. This keeps it tidy for you!

The holiday home can be reached via the alley and you have your own terrace (3 x 4 m) incl. furniture. 

In the months of July and August we only rent out Saturday-Saturday. 

We have been renting successfully since 2015 and are proud that so many guests have gone before you. And as the guests say: it is spotlessly clean!

The additional costs are 40 euros for the final cleaning and 2.30 euros tourist tax p.p.p.n. (from 4 years, rate 2025).

We live in front of the holiday home (distance +/- 25m so privacy for both :)). We are a family with 3 children. Nathalie has lived here all her life. If you have any questions, you can always walk by and ring the doorbell.

Other:

• The parking lot is for 1 car. If you come with 2 cars, the second car can be parked in the public parking spaces nearby.
• Electric cars can be charged 200 meters away.
• It is quiet after 22:00. Think of the neighbors? They think of you too.
• Check-in (contactless) after 15:00 and before 21:00). Check-out before 10:00.
• Child/baby/camping bed and high chair (up to 2 years) on request
• For rent for a maximum of 4 people. Do you have a baby? Your baby is of course also considered a person, so then 3 + 1 baby :)
• There is a small playground with a lawn 200 meters away, at Egmonderstraatweg 34 (near the mill)

The holiday home is located on the border of Egmond aan den Hoef and Egmond aan Zee. Opposite our house are the bulb fields which are in beautiful bloom in April/May. Cross the road and you will enter the forest and dunes. You will also find the endless dunes behind our house. North of Egmond you can cycle through the dunes to Bergen (aan Zee), Schoorl, Petten etc. In the south you can reach Castricum, Heemskerk or Wijk aan Zee via the dunes. You can enjoy walking or running here. Many people use their mountain bikes. Great! Don't forget to bring your entrance ticket to the dunes? We have 2 ready for you. Children up to 18 years are free. If you lose your ticket, we will charge you 15.50 euros per ticket.

The supermarket, bakery, fishmonger, butcher and cheese/nut specialty store are 400m away in Egmond aan den Hoef. The centre of Egmond aan Zee is 1,000m away. Here you will find cosy restaurants, terraces and the shopping street. The beach is beautiful in all seasons. In the summer you can also take surfing/kiting lessons.

Bus stop is 300m away and train station 5km (Heiloo).
Various beautiful villages and cities can be reached within an hour's drive. How about:
